Refund policy

At San Antonio Prints, we take pride in providing high-quality printed products. Due to the custom nature of our prints, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a print defect or production error on our part.

A print defect may include:

• Incorrect item received
• Visible printing errors
• Damage caused during production
• Major quality issues that make the print unusable

To report a print defect, customers must contact us within 3 business days of receiving their order and provide clear photos of the issue along with their order information.

If the issue is confirmed to be a print defect, we will offer a replacement print or an approved refund at our discretion.
